Ayatollah Ahmad Al-Baghdadi is shown on Al-Jazeera advocating “offensive Jihad” which he considers to mean “attacking the world”. He speaks about the availability of “soldiers, arms, and money” as well as “biological, chemical, and bacterial ” that could be used to “conquer the world for the triumph of word”.

Ayatollah Ahmad Al-Baghdadi: “Offensive Jihad which means attacking the world in order to spread word… If the objective and subjective circumstances are made available, and the soldiers, arms, and money are available – furthermore, were biological, chemical, and bacterial available – we will conquer the world for the triumph saying, ‘There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is Allah’s messenger’ over the domes of Moscow, Washington and Paris.”
